Refunds – Musical Intensive
If your youth needs to cancel their registration BEFORE AUDITIONS, there will be a $25.00 administration fee, with the remainder being refunded.
If your youth needs to cancel their registration AFTER AUDITIONS, there will be a 50% administration fee, with the remainder being refunded.
If your youth needs to cancel their registration AFTER 1ST REHEARSAL, there will be NO refunds.
Refunds – Not So Basic, Basics
If your child needs to cancel their registration BEFORE 1ST CLASS, there will be a $25.00 administration fee, with the remainder being refunded.
If your child needs to cancel their registration AFTER 1ST CLASS, there will be NO refunds.
Summer Camp
If your child needs to cancel their registration ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED WEEK, there will be a $25.00 administration fee, with the remainder being refunded.
If your child needs to cancel their registration AFTER ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED WEEK, there will be NO refunds.
Tickets
To request a refund for performance tickets, the patron must request a MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE in writing to 20paa@theresaproduction.com. The refund will be processed within 14 days, MINUS 20% ADMINISTRATION FEE.
If a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather or an Act of God, tickets will be moved to the alternate date.
